The third-generation Kia Picanto is all-new. Despite looking rather similar to its predecessor, the Kia Picanto is built on an all-new platform.
Thanks to the new platform, wheelbase is now 15 mm longer, coming in at 2,400 mm. Seating height of the first row have been reduced by 10 mm and moved backwards by 5 mm to improve headroom by 3 mm and legroom by 15 mm.
Additionally, the all-new Kia Picanto is the cheapest new car on sale in Malaysia to offer Android Auto and Apple CarPlay via its floating-type 7.0-inch touchscreen infotainment system.
In terms of powertrain, Naza Kia Malaysia offers the all-new Picanto with a single specification, 1.2-litre 4-cylinder mated to a 4-speed automatic, pretty much carried over from the predecessor. Outputs are 84 PS and 121 Nm.
Standard features are high, which include: keyless entry with push start button, projector headlights with integrated DRL, front and rear disc brakes, 6 airbags, ESC, and reverse camera.
All new Kia Picanto comes with a Naza Kia Malaysia backed factory warranty that covers 5 years and unlimited mileage.

Kia Picanto 1.25 - Small car hits the big league
Most bumps and ruts in the road do not unsettle the Picanto, which endows it with this wonderful duality of being a city car and an able highway cruiser at the same time. For the most part, the suspension is so well sorted that it manages to feel like a bigger car. Maybe I’m pitching this a bit too far, but it captures some of the essence and ability of my favourite B-segment car, the Mazda 2.View full review
